Apple-Walnut Tuna Salad on Crackers

Let your kids prepare a platter of crackers with this slightly sweet, crunchier version of tuna salad.

Serves 6

2 cans (6 ounces) tuna in water, drained
1/2 cup chopped red apple
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped toasted walnuts
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish


In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Serve on saltine crackers.
