Tomatoe-Potatoe au Gratin
The best ever potatoes
8-10 small russet potatoes
peeled & sliced 1/8" thick
28oz can tomatoes
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
10oz can Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine tomatoes, cheese, soup, sour cream & seasonings in a saucepan &
heat over medium heat till the cheese melts. Add potatoes & mix gently, but
thoroughly to coat & well distribute sauce. Pour into casserole, cover with
foil. Bake at 400F for 45 minutes. Remove foil & bake additional 15 minutes.
