Quick Marinara Sauce

Yield: 5 servings

 

3 tbsp  Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 md Onions; diced

4 Garlic cloves (or more)-- peeled and pressed

25 oz Jar Spaghetti Sauce

2 tbsp Capers

1 c Kalamata olives*-- pitted and chopped

*(Green or black olives can be substituted if necessary, but won't be as good)

Heat oil. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add spaghetti sauce. Bring to a simmer. Add capers and olives and heat a few minutes more. Serve with any EDEN Pasta. A great meal with a salad and your favorite bread!
