Going All The Way

1/2 cup chopped leeks                   
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup thinly sliced celery              
6 oz. snow peas
1/2 cup water chestnuts                
6-8 sliced mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste

Sauté leeks in butter over medium flame, until limp. Add celery, snow peas and water chestnuts; sauté 3-4 minutes. Add mushrooms and sauté 2 minutes and season to taste.
