Fluffy Cheesecake
Crust:
3/4 cup graham crumbs
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp melted butter
Filling:
1-8oz pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 envelope Dream Whip
1/2 cup COLD milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix crust ingredients together & shape into a pie dish going up the sides as well. Chill.
In a cold bowl, whip Dream Whip with 1/2 cup milk & 1/2 tsp vanilla till peaks form. Set aside in refrigerator.
In another bowl, mix icing sugar, cheese, 1/2 tsp vanilla until soft & creamy. Fold in the Dream Whip to cheese mixture evenly (blended). Pour into crust & chill till set.
To serve, have a bowl of cheery pie fill, mashed or whole strawberries, peaches, blueberries or any other fruit you would like to top it. Enjoy!
