Coconut Dessert

2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix

Place all ingredients in the blender and mix well. Pour into crockpot. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
