Chinese Style Country Ribs
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 tbsp. catsup
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 lbs. country style ribs
Combine soy sauce, marmalade, catsup and garlic. Brush on both sides of
the ribs. Place in a crockpot or slow cooker and pour remaining sauce over
all. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Yield: 6 servings
