Cheesy Potatoe Pockets

4 cups frozen O'Brien Style Hash Browns
(w/ minced red & green peppers)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Spray a heavy piece of foil: approx. 18"x12" with a cooking spray. Place potatoes on foil.

Drizzle with oil & sprinkle with seasoned salt. Wrap foil securely around potatoes.

Grill 4-5" from coals for 30 minutes turning once. Open packet & sprinkle with cheese & cover loosely.

Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
