Chantal's Artichoke Dip
Good Morning America
2-14oz can artichoke hearts, drained
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
1-1/2 cups parmesan cheese
2 tbsp minced onion
2 tbsp lemon juice
garlic powder or crushed garlic to taste
paprika to sprinkle on top
Combine mayonnaise, cheese, onion, lemon juice & garlic. Chop
artichoke hearts into the mixture. Stir well. Place into square glass
baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika & bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
Serve warm or at room temperature with crackers, cocktail breads or
veggies.
