Broccoli Casserole

2 bags frozen broccoli*
2 cans fried onions
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lge can or bottled mushrooms
1 med. jar pimentos
2 cans Golden Cream of Mushroom Soup*
1/4-1/2 cups milk
1 can Cream of Celery Soup*
1-2 tbsp margerine or butter
1-16oz bag of cheddar cheese

Saute' onion & mushrooms until lightly trans lucent. Set aside. Cook broccoli according to pkg instructions & drain well.

In a large bowl add saute' onions  mixture with pimentos, broccoli, all soups, onion rings* & cheese. Season with salt & pepper. Pour into to casserole dish & bake at 350F for 10 minutes, just enough to melt cheese & blend flavours.

* Do not dilute soups.
* Use frozen broccoli it works better.
* Save some onion rings for the top.
