2 cups Bisquick
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tsp dill weed
2 tbsp butter
1 can Hormel ham
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs, beaten until fluffy
2 tbsp chives
Mix together the Bisquick & milk; pat in bottom of 9"x13"
pan. Sauté in butter the onion & dill weed. Add the Hormel ham &
tomatoes. Spread over Bisquick mixture; add cheddar cheese & 3 eggs.
Sprinkle with the chives. Bake 30 minutes at 350F.
