Ann Lander's Meat Loaf


 I have no idea how old this recipe is but it's been a fave of my family's as long as I can remember!

Mom always served it with scalloped potatoes and corn, and so do I

2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
3/4 ketchup
1 t. accent
1/2 cup warm water
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Mix and put in loaf pan. Put 3 strips of bacon on top, if desired. Pour on 1 8-oz can of tomato sauce. Bake one hour at 350F.
