Bleu Cheese Chicken Bundles

1 tblsp butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup fresh chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp dried thyme
pinch salt
1 3/4 cup chopped rotisserie chicken
1/4 crumbled bleu cheese
1 can crescent rolls
In 10 inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and
mushrooms; cook approximately 5 minutes until tender. Add chicken broth and
seasonings; cook approximately 5 minutes until liquid is evaporated. Remove from
heat. Stir in chicken and blue cheese. Seperate dough into 4 rectangles; press
each into a 5-inch square, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Spoon about 1/2
cup chicken mixture into center of each dough square. Bring all four corners of
dough up over chicken mixture; pinch seams to seal. Bake 11-14 minutes in
preheated 375 degree oven until crust is golden brown.
