Layered Potato Salad

12 md Potatoes
2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Sour cream
2 tb Horseradish
1/2 ts Dill weed
1 ts Celery salt
2 tb Chopped chives
1 c Chopped fresh parsley
Cook whole potatoes in boiling water until fork tender. Remove skins and slice crosswise in thin slices. Mix next 6 ingredients. Layer 1/3 potato slices in serving bowl. Spread with 1/3 cup mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup chopped parsley. Repeat layers twice. cover and refrigerate overnight. Must be made ahead.
