Moscow Potato Salad

4 Med Idaho potatoes, peeled and diced
4 Boneless chicken breast halves, coked & diced
1 lg Cucumber, seeded, diced
2 Hard cooked eggs, chopped
4 ts Fresh snipped dill
2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
Lettuce leaves
1 c Mayonnaise

Cook potatoes in water until tender. Drain. In a large bowl toss potatoes with chciken, cucumbers and eggs, dill, salt and pepper. Line a large platter with lettuce leaves and dome on mixture. Spread with mayonnaise to completely cover salad dome.
