New York-Style Spinach Pizza

1 package (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
1 tablespoon cornmeal
3 teaspoons vegetable oil, divided
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves

Preheat oven to 450 F . Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. Sprinkle cornmeal over large pizza pan or large baking sheet. Place pizza crust on pan.

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add garlic. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until garlic is tender. Add spinach. Cook and stir 1 minute or until spinach is wilted.

Brush pizza crust with remaining 2 teaspoons oil. Spoon spinach mixture evenly over crust. Layer tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese and basil over spinach mixture.

Bake 20 minutes or until crust in golden brown and cheese melts.
