Calypso Pie

18 Oreos, crushed
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
1 quart coffee ice cream whipped topping
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp margarine or butter
1 1/2 squares semi-sweet chocolate
2/3 cup evaporated milk
nuts to garnish (chopped)
Crush Oreos and combine with melted butter. Pat into a 10 inch pie pan or square
pan. Spread softened coffee ice cream over crust, and freeze until hard. Melt
chocolate in one tablespoon of butter, add sugar and milk and cook until thick.
Cool and pour over ice cream. Spread whipped topping on top. Sprinkle with
chopped nuts and freeze. Serves 8 to 10.
