Grilled Chicken Pasta

1/2 cup olive oil
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs. soy sauce
4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 lb. Rotini pasta, cooked and drained
3 to 4 chopped green onions
1 can small pitted black olives
2 to 3 semi-ripe tomatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup olive oil
2 cups Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
Yield: 4 servings
Combine 1/2 cup olive oil, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce in a
glass dish. Add chicken; turn to coat. Sprinkle with black pepper. Marinate an
hour or more.
Grill chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Toss rotini with remaining
ingredients; add chicken.
