Sour Cream Baked Fish

3 - 4 Servings

1 1/2 pounds white fish or flounder fillets
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp paprika
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp chopped fresh dill

Preheat the oven to 350oF. Cut the garlic clove lengthwise and rub the exposed surfaces on both sides of each fillet. Make a butter-paprika paste and rub it on both sides of each fillet.

Place the fillets in an ovenproof dish and cover with the sour cream. Cover the dish and bake for 40 - 50 minutes (or until fillets flake with fork).

Remove the dish from the oven, uncover, and sprinkle with the parsley and dill. Serve immediately.
