Sparkling Apple Berry Mold

2 envelopes KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple juice
1 bottle (24 oz.) sparkling cider, warmed slightly
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries

MIX gelatine and sugar in small saucepan. Stir in apple juice; let stand 1 minute. Cook 3 minutes on low heat or until gelatine is completely dissolved. Cool slightly.

STIR in sparkling cider. Refrigerate until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites, stirring constantly. Gently stir in fruit.

POUR into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving plate.
