Salad Aux Fruits

- Romaine or bibb lettuce leaves
1 Asian pear, cored and thinly sliced
1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into 2-inch slices
1 mango, peeled, seeded, and sliced
1 medium kiwifruit, sliced
1 container plain yogurt
2 Tbsp pineapple preserves

Line a serving platter with romaine or other lettuce leaves. Arrange fruit pieces in a spiral pattern on lettuce. For dressing, stir together the yogurt and pineapple preserves. Drizzle dressing over salad. Makes 4 - 6 Servings.
