Chilled Grapefruit and Broccoli Salad

2 grapefruit
1/4 cup low calorie Italian salad dressing
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
2 cups cooked broccoli flowerets, drained, chilled
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced

Over bowl, peel and section grapefruit; drain and reserve 3 Tbsp of the grapefruit juice. In second bowl, combine salad dressing, reserved juice, mustard and dill. Add chilled broccoli, mushrooms, and grapefruit sections. Chill for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Or marinate in a tightly sealed plastic bag, turning occasionally.) (Makes about 5 1/2 cups)
