Gooseberry Salad

1 (16 oz.) package gooseberries
2 small (3 oz.) packages or one large package of lemon jello
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup broken walnuts
Drain berries and save juice. Add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups. Add Jello (dry) and sugar and bring to a boil. Stir until dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in orange juice. Chill until partially set, then add gooseberries, celery, and nuts. Pour into 10 cups. Serves 10.
