Citrus Apple Salad

8 Granny Smith apple; core, seed, dice
10 Grapefruit; segment & seed
8 Orange; segment &
1/2 lb Walnut; lightly toasted
2 Juice of lemon
1/4 c Orange juice; from frozen concentrate, thawed
2 oz Honey

Core, seed, & dice apples. Please leave on the skin. 

Peel, section & seed the citrus. 

Lightly toast walnuts in the oven. 

Combine al fruit & nuts & toss.

The dressing is the honey, orange concentrate, & lemon juice. Drizzle over fruit before serving. 

(if in a hurry just toss with the dressing)
