Fudge crémeux vite fait


(Creamy Chocolate Fudge)

One 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 6 oz packages chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
or coconut (250 ml)

1. Melt chocolate chips over hot (not boiling) water in upper part of double boiler. Add condensed milk, stir and heat until mixture is smooth.

2. Stir in nuts or coconut. Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
