Thai Panang Curry Paste
5 Dried Chilli
5 Shallots
10 Cloves Garlic
1 tsp Galangga
1 tsp Lemon Grass
1/2 tsp Kaffir Lime Skin
1 tsp Coriander Root
5 White Peppercorns
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Shrimp Paste
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
