Pig Stomach

1 pig stomach
6 potatoes, diced and raw
1 lb. smoked sausage and fresh sausage cut in pieces
1 Tablespoon parsley
1 onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and stuff pig stomach. Sew up the opening. Place in large pan with water and cook till done. ( about 1/2 hour.) Before serving, brown sides in butter. Bake 3 hrs. 325 degrees.
