Banana Chip Cupcakes

1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups shortening
3/4 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 large eggs
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 single yellow food coloring
1 teaspoon banana flavoring
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 stick margarine

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cream shortening, bananas, eggs, milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Beat 2 minutes. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes,
in cupcake cups and muffin tins. Cool and frost with powdered sugar, butter, milk, food coloring, banana flavoring and vanilla. Mix and spread on cupcakes. Top with chocolate sprinkles.
