Shrimp Creole for Crowd

2 c Hot sauce
1 ga Catsup
2 ga Tomato sauce
1 ga V-8
1 ga Chili sauce
2 c Worchestershire sauce
2 c Sugar
2 c Stewed tomatoes
5 lb Onions, chopped
3 Celery heads, cut up
6 Bell peppers, chopped
Salt
Rice, cooked

Saute onions, celery and peppers lightly. Mix other ingredients, simmer until vegetables are tender. 
Add 5 lbs of peeled shrimp. Serve over rice. 

Makes 5 gallons.
