Italian Casserole for a Crowd

1 (16 ounces) package noodles 
1 1/2 lbs bulk Italian sausages 
1 1/2 lbs ground beef 
1 onion, chopped 
1 green pepper, chopped 
2 (15 ounces) cans tomato sauce 
2 (6 ounces) cans tomato paste 
1/2 cup water 
1 teaspoon basil 
1 teaspoon oregano 
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 
1 (15 ounces) can corn, drained 
1 (6 ounces) can sliced ripe olives, drained 
1 (8 ounces) package shredded cheddar cheese 

Cook noodles according to package directions; set aside. 
Cook sausage, ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is done and vegetables are tender,drain fat. 
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and seasonings, simmer for 15 minutes. 
Stir in corn, olives and noodles, mixing well. 
Divide into 2 oiled 9x13 baking dishes and top with cheese. 
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350.
