Crockpot Smothered Steak

1 1/2 pounds round steak -- cut in strips
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 large onion -- sliced
2 green peppers -- sliced
16 ounces canned tomatoes
10 ounces canned mushrooms -- drained
2 tablespoons molasses
3 tablespoons soy sauce
10 ounces frozen green beans -- French

Put steak, flour, salt and pepper in crockpot. Stir well to coat meat with flour. Add all remaining ingredients, cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook for another 8 hours, Serve over rice.
