Broccoli with Horseradish Cream

2-packages (10 ounces each) frozen broccoli spears
1/2-cup boiling water
1/2-tsp salt
1/2-tsp prepared horseradish
1/2-tsp prepared mustard
3/4-cup dairy sour cream
Put broccoli into an electric cooker; add water and salt. Cover and cook on High
1 hour. Combine horseradish, mustard, and sour cream; mix thoroughly. Pour sauce
over cooked broccoli. Cover and cook on High 30 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
