(Hot Beef Marrow Canapés)
3 large boiled beef bones
Toast
Salt and pepper to taste
This is a Croatian delicacy which can be served on toast as an hors
d’oeuvre or with soup. In either case, the marrow must be hot.
Remove the marrow from beef bones which were used to make clear beef
broth. Spread the marrow on small pieces of toast. Season with salt
and a little paprika. Serve immediately
