Brandy Toffee Tart

Brandy Syrup
Mix Together:
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 C. Light Corn Syrup
1/4 C. Sugar
2 T. Flour
1/4 t. Salt
1 T. Vanilla
2 T. Brandy
Take and layer fillo dough. Put 1 sheet in tart pan and brush with melted
butter. Put 1 sheet over that and brush with butter, sprinkle with sugar and put
about 1/2 t. toffee bites in. Take and put 1 more sheet in pan, butter, sugar,
and about 1 t. toffee bites. Put about 1/4 C. brandy syrup in. Bake at 400
degrees for about 6-10 minutes.
