Upside-Down Coffeecake (Microwave)

TOPPING: Combine & set aside:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
CAKE: Combine all ingredients
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 cup sour milk
1/3 cup solid Crisco
1 egg
Butter a 9 inch microwave cake pan & line with wax paper. Butter the wax paper.
Press topping in bottom of pan. Pour cake batter over topping. Microwave on high
for 5 to 6 minutes. Rest 5 minutes.
Invert on serving plate. Drizzle with glaze.
GLAZE:
Combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar & 1 Tblsp. milk.
