Individual Blueberry Cheesecakes

2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese softened
16 vanilla wafers
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can blueberry pie filling
16 paper muffin liners

Place paper muffin liners in muffin pan. Place 1 vanilla wafer at the bottom of each muffin liner. Combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice together and beat until smooth. Fill each muffin liner with mixture about 2/3 full. Bake at 350° F. for 15 to 20 minutes. Place 1 tbsp. blueberry pie filling on top of each.
