Hot Cheese & Onion Tartlets

2 Tbsp Lactantia* Salted Butter, melted, divided
12 slices bread, crusts removed
1 Tbsp Lactantia* Salted Butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup evaporated milk
2 Tbsp chutney, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/2 of (225 g) pkg BLACK DIAMONDŽ Extra Old Cheddar Cheese, finely diced

Brush twelve 2 1/2-inch (6 cm) muffin cups with half of the melted butter.

Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin.

Cut a 3 1/2-inch (9 cm) round from each side.

Press bread rounds into muffin cups; brush edges lightly with remaining melted butter.

Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven 15 min or until set.
