Hot Cheese and Sausage Dip

2 lb Pasteurized process cheese
2 lb Hot sausage; cooked, drained
1 can (large) evaporated milk
1 pk Garlic salad dressing mix
Hot sauce to taste
Melt cheese in double boiler. Add rest of ingredients, mixing well.
Serve hot with tostados.
