Hominy Grits Cheese Casserole

1 cup Quick cooking grits
3 cup Milk
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs, beaten
3/4 cup Milk
1 cup Shredded cheddar or
Garlic flavored cheese
1/2 cup Butter
1/4 cup Chopped chives

Preheat oven to 325F. Bring to a boil 3 c milk, grits, salt. Add
eggs and remainder of milk, cook until thickened. Stir in and blend
cheese, butter, and chives.

Bake in buttered baking dish 45 to 50 minutes. Serve hot.
