Dry Beef Dip

1 8 inch pie plate
8 oz Cream cheese
2 tbsp Milk
3 oz Dry chopped beef
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp Onion, chopped
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic salt
1/2 cup Chopped pecans
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 t Salt

Sauté pecans in butter and salt; set aside. Mix all other ingredients
together and place in a small casserole. Top with pecan mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Spread on crackers.
