Big Hollywood Agent Cheese Soup


1/2 cup Margarine
1/4 cup Onion; minced
1/2 Stalk celery; chopped
1/4 cup Carrots; grated
1/2 cup Flour
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
2 cup Chicken stock
4 cup Milk
2 cup Velveeta cheese; cubed

Melt the margarine in a stock pot. Saute the onions, celery and
grated carrots in the margarine. Blend in the flour and cornstarch.
Add the chicken stock and milk, and cook until thick. Add the
cheese, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
