Glamorgan Cheese Rolls

1 cup TillamookŪ Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded 
1/4 cup fresh white bread crumbs 
2 tablespoons finely chopped leek 
3 egg yolks 
1 teaspoon chopped parsley 
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 
1 teaspoon English mustard powder 
salt and pepper to taste 
1 egg white, lightly beaten 
dried bread crumbs for coating 
Instructions:

Mix the TillamookŪ Sharp Cheddar Cheese with the bread crumbs and leek in a large bowl. Blend the egg yolks with the herbs, mustard and seasonings. Add this to the cheese/bread crumb mixture and mix well. Divide the mixture into 12 and roll each piece into a 2" roll. Dip in egg white and roll in dried bread crumbs. 

Shallow fry until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towel and serve immediately.
