Jackie's Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
6 oz. (1 cup) semi-sweet choc chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
Cook chips, peanut butter, and butter over low heat, stir constantly, until
mixture melts.
Remove from heat and add sugar, stir until smooth.
Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan. Once cooled, cut into squares and store in
refrigerator.
