Sweet Lelani Bread

1 1/2 lb. loaf (light crust setting) 


1/2 C canned pineapple chunks (cut up an well drained, save juice) 
1/4 C buttermilk ( I used the powdered and mixed it) 
1/4 C reserved pineapple juice 
1 egg 
1/2 C sliced very ripe banana 
3 C bread flour 
1/4 C whole wheat flour 
1 tsp. salt 
3 TB butter or margarine 
1 1/2 TB sugar 
1/2 C shredded coconut 
1/3 C macadamia nuts, chopped 
2 tsp.active dry yeast 

Add in order given in manufacturer's instructions.
