Raisin Bread
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 pinch grated nutmeg
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup raisins
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select light crust setting, and press Start. After the baking cycle ends,
remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before serving.
