Multi-Grain Bread

This will make two loaves (using the dough cycle on my machine)

1 1/3 cup of water
2Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp honey or brown sugar
2/3 tsp salt
1/4 cup each of wheat germ and oat bran
1 cup stoneground whole wheat
1/2 cup oat flour (I just use reg. whole wheat flour instead)
1/2 cup oats
2cup bread flour
2 1/2t yeast

Pre-heat the oven to 400°F and then lower it to 360°F. When  bake it gives a nice crusty
