1 cup warm water
4 tbsp butter
2 eggs
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp lemon extract
2 tbsp instant potato flakes
2 tbsp dry milk
3/4 tsp salt
5 tbsp sugar
3 cup bread flour
2 1/4 tsp yeast
Measure ingredients into the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
Set machine for dough.
Place dough in a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Allow to rise until doubled.
Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for about 30 minutes.
Crust should be golden and bread should sound hollow when thumped.
