Grandma's Oatmeal Bread

1 cup water, boiling 
2 1/2 tablespoons margarine 
1 1/2 teaspoons salt 
3 tablespoons honey 
1 tablespoon molasses, dark, unsulphured 
1/2 cup oats 
1 egg, extra large, lightly be 
3 cups bread flour 
2 teaspoons yeast, sprinkled over flour 

Put oats in a mixing bowl; pour boiling water over the oats. When oats have cooled a bit, add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's manual. This is a large loaf. The light setting is recommended.
