Cheese 'n Bacon Scrolls

Selecting the dough mode make one quantity of white bread dough.

3 1/2 cups of white bread bread mix 
1 1/2 teaspoons of vacuum packed yeast 
1 1/4 cups of water 

When done remove from machine and roll out in a rectangle until it is approximately 1.5cms thick. Sprinkle over: 1/2 cup of grated tasty cheese 1/2 cup of diced bacon (I buy it like that from the deli) 

Roll up and cut into approximately 15 slices. Each will look like a pinwheel. Sit in a warm place to rise for 1/2 hour and then bake at 190C for 25 minutes.
