Pygmalion Party Plum Meatballs

Santa Rosa, CA
1 lb ground pork sausage
1 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped shallots
2 Tbsp ground parsley
2 tsp salt
2 cups Italian flavored bread crumbs
2 Tbsp margarine
Sauce:
1 cup Pygmalion House Plum Jam
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
Mix first 7 ingredients... make into meatballs 1 inch in diameter. Brown in margarine.
Mix sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. (Freezes well).
